EuroAmparo is a legal and civic initiative dedicated to strengthening the European Union through the principled enforcement of its own foundational promises: the rule of law, legal certainty, and the effective protection of fundamental rights.
While the EU has developed one of the most sophisticated frameworks for rights protection in the world, persistent gaps remain between what the law guarantees and what individuals experience in practice. EuroAmparo works to close that gap.
We identify and document structural shortcomings in the implementation of EU law across Member States — particularly in areas such as freedom of movement, family life, access to justice, and equal treatment. We then act: through legal analysis, advocacy, institutional engagement, and public education.
Our approach is not adversarial but constructive. We believe that exposing institutional silence, administrative discretion, or misapplication of EU law is essential to upholding the legitimacy of the European project itself. A Union of rights must be a Union of remedies.
EuroAmparo operates independently, drawing from academic expertise, practical litigation experience, and a commitment to transparency and public accountability.
We stand for a stronger, fairer Europe — one in which rights are not merely declared, but meaningfully guaranteed.
